Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping: on orders $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts)
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $12 on all U.S. orders under $150

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-12 business days after shipment.

Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shopping periods may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Boots and Soles is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Boots and Soles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided to file an insurance claim with them. 

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

Items marked as pre-order or backordered will ship once they become available. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and may be subject to change.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
